We believe the future is built — not predicted. And it is built by people who act with courage, responsibility, and imagination, who build what matters even when it's hard.
The world's toughest challenges are also its biggest opportunities. Climate. Energy. Broken systems. Most people see crises and look away.
We see the most important work of our generation. To us, innovation is a duty. A duty to people, to society, and to the planet that sustains us — and that's why we believe building what matters means creating companies that have a real impact on the planet, society, and people.
They are built for the long term and worth fighting for.
We believe entrepreneurship can be regenerative, sustainable, and open to everyone. Built to matter: resilient, responsible, inclusive, and scalable for the long term.
We know great companies can come from anywhere. From places with strong communities, diverse thinkers, resilient industries, and human-centered values.
We believe that everyone can be powerful. Every team, every university, every town, when connected to the right ecosystem and when opened to the world, becomes an engine of transformation.
SMEs, to us, are not the "old economy." They are the backbone of Europe's future. When startups and SMEs build together, innovation becomes real, not theoretical.
We believe in learning by doing. In experiments over perfection. In applied science over abstract theory. In co-creation vs competition. This is what building what matters looks like in practice: entrepreneurship driven by a mission.
Contributing to climate resilience, digital transformation, social cohesion, and economic renewal. Strengthening communities, not isolating them, while creating dignity, not only profit.
We know the future needs a different kind of founder: people who see systems, embrace complexity, act ethically with technology, and know that impact and profitability can reinforce each other.
We believe this model is the future model for Europe, where people build solutions that matter and businesses grow responsibly. Where innovation is accessible to all and the future is not feared, but created.
We are Zukunft.Gründen. Born in Nürtingen, building what matters for the world, empowering the next generation of founders, the ones who will define the next 30 years.
We connect startups, universities, investors, and the Mittelstand. We shape ecosystems where innovation begins and impact spreads.
